What is a PCN?
A PCN is a Primary Care Network that has been created to support local GP surgeries with increasing patient access, improving patient care and supporting the local community. Our PCN is made up of Manor Drive Surgery, West Barnes Surgery, The Groves Medical Centre, Roselawn Surgery & Holmwood Corner Surgery.
Am I still registered at my GP surgery?
Yes, you are still a patient and registered solely to your chosen GP surgery. You are not registered with the PCN. You continue to access primary care services via your GP surgery.
Do I get to see my own Doctor?
Yes, you still see continue to see your own GPs from your surgery during 8am to 6:30pm. If you book an appointment during out Enhanced Access clinics you may be seen by a different local GP.
Some clinical staff, like Clinical Pharmacists & FCPs, work across multiple practices in the PCN.
