What is a PCN?
A PCN is a Primary Care Network that has been created to support local GP surgeries with increasing patient access, improving patient care and supporting the local community. Our PCN is made up of Manor Drive Surgery, West Barnes Surgery, The Groves Medical Centre, Roselawn Surgery & Holmwood Corner Surgery.
Am I still registered at my GP surgery?
Yes, you are still a patient and registered solely to your chosen GP surgery. You are not registered with the PCN.
Do I get to see my own Doctor?
Yes, you still see your own GPs from your surgery. Some clinical staff, like Clinical Pharmacists, work across multiple practices in the PCN.
