Covid Vaccine Spring Clinics
The PCN is now running Spring Booster clinics every Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
These are appointment booked only for those aged 75 and over, and those immunocompromised.
Housebound and Care home patients have already been arranged to receive a visit from our roving teams.
Every Thursday from 11am to 2pm at United
Reformed Church in New Malden.
We are CLOSED on Thursday 2nd May.
Every Thursday you will find our social prescribers at the Hub.
We have support from Carer Support Services, Department of Work & Pensions, Kingston Adult Education and much more!
Liver Health Screening
Once a month from 9am to 4pm
