Community Outreach

We are proud to play an active role in our community, both inside and outside our GP practices. By working closely with local people, groups, and organisations which can take a proactive approach to identify, understand and support our community needs.

Korean & Tamil Community Support

We continue to support our local Korean and Tamil Community Groups with health events at their community centers. We offer Vaccines, blood pressure checks, blood sugar level checks and general advice from a GP.

Medical Service Integration

We regularly collaborate with hospitals and other medical services to integrate and improve patients care.

We currently run a paediatric CC4C clinic with a Kingston Hospital consultant based at one of our surgeries every 6 weeks. This has allowed patients to be seen in the community within a shorter waiting time.

We work with St Georges to support our local Liver Scan Van based in a local church car park every 12 weeks.

Carers One Stop Shop

We co-hosted an evening with Kingston Hospital and Kingston Carers Network to offer support and guidance to local residents who are carers to their family and friends. It was so popular we now run a bi-annual One Stop Shop with local support services at our Living Well Hub.
